What they can do: They can have a member kicked out IF
2 out of 3 votes from the Lower Half-Leaders to remove that member. But if it is a Very good member then it will take 4 out
of 6 votes from all the leaders. If any member has a problem with something from the clan, then please get in touch with one
of these members, to deal with it.

can request someone to get kicked out of the clan, by telling the Lower Half-Leaders.
